First, congratulations to our student ensembles! Everyone performed very well and I heard many positive comments from parents and supporters. The orchestra program here at Mira Mesa is obviously growing quickly, and that alone makes me very hopeful for the future of the program. In addition, many of the elements from the concert were firsts for Mira Mesa (i.e. a full orchestra program, a selection from a concerto, an orchestral debut, etc).
Thank you to everyone who came out and supported our students at our most recent concert. Your support is much appreciated and certainly is not taken for granted. I hope that everyone enjoyed themselves. Programs are available for download if you are interested.
