The 'Parent Advocacy Summit', which will be held on February 20th at 8:30 AM, will help empower parents and supporters by providing strategies and best practices that may be used to advocate for equitable, accessible music education opportunities for all students.CMEA: California Music Educators Association wants to support you in your advocacy efforts.

Playlist Description: A collection of orchestral, chamber, and solo works by Black composers. The list may be updated to include other BIPOC composers and/or performers. Please do feel free to send in your own suggestions.

On these dates, families may also bring by instruments to be tuned, have bridges adjusted, fine tuners reset, etc.

Here, musicians can rehearse an A Major Scale (in 1, 2, and 3 Octaves) in a musical context with a track created in Soundtrap. There are also affiliated PDF files with notations and fingerings for all string instruments that were created with Avid Sibelius.
