First, Happy Thanksgiving! I hope that everyone has a great holiday, enjoys their time off (if you are lucky enough to receive time off), and eats an embarrassing amount of food. Our students will be busy when they return, so I hope they rest up!

Here is the schedule for the week we return to school:
- Monday, 11.28 - Symphony Orchestra rehearsal from 4-6 pm. We only have two rehearsals left, so make sure you're available. :)
- Tuesday, 11.29 - Concert Orchestra rehearsal from 3-5 pm. We only have two opportunities to practice as a group, so again, please make arrangements as necessary.
- Wednesday, 11.30 - Concert Orchestra rehearsal #2 from 3-5 pm. This is the last chance we will have to practice as a large group before the concert.
- Friday, 12.1 - All-State audition tapes and applications are due.
Looking Ahead
The week following vacation there are a number of opportunities for our students. On Monday, December 5th, following regular rehearsal, Symphony Orchestra students will be performing for the Mira Mesa Town Council. The Council is a strong supporter of our program, and we need to show our thanks by performing for them. We will provide any student who stays to perform dinner at the conclusion of regular Monday rehearsal.
And yes, there's a concert on Tuesday, December 6th. You can purchase tickets below, or flex show off your technology skills and scan the image above with any smart device!
