Here's the rundown of orchestra related events and activities for this week.

- Donation Drive - Our donation drive is ongoing. Each week it seems another family joins our list of supporters. You can easily make an online donation here. You may also make a tax deductible donation by donating to MMIMB. Thank you for supporting our students.
- Candle Fundraiser - The candle fundraiser is ongoing. Checks & orders are due on Halloween. Checks should be made payable to MMIMB. The orchestra department will make 50% on all sales over 100 candles, so please help out and participate.
- Challenger Concert Invitation - The Challenger Middle School Advanced Band will be performing for the first time this year on Wednesday, October 26th. The concert begins at 7pm, and features both the Challenger Advanced Band and the Pomerado Band. Tickets are $2 and support Challenger Music. More on this here.
- Music Booster Meeting - The monthly Mira Mesa Instrumental Music Booster meeting is this Thursday, at 7pm. Come and find out what's going on within our program, and find out how you can get involved. As always, you can find this on the calendar.
- Coaching - We finally have our staff of coaches assembled for the Symphony Orchestra musicians. Parents, to find out more about this program and the incredible credentials of the individuals we have agreements with, attend the booster meeting!
