Winter Concerts

Book Drive
At our 2018 Winter Concerts our Mira Mesa High School Orchestras had the opportunity to perform Eric Whitacre's setting of the iconic children's book Goodnight Moon (by Margaret Wise Brown). As part of the concert, we hosted a book drive to benefit the Ronald McDonald House Charities of San Diego and Rady Children's Hospital-San Diego.
We were recently happy to have the opportunity to deliver nearly 700 books (!) to these two pillars of our community. Thank you to all who contributed to our book drive and thank you to these two incredible institutions!
