Spring Concert, "Soundscapes"
The Mira Mesa High School Orchestras will be presenting their annual spring concert on Thursday, May 22nd, at 7:00 PM.
Tickets for the concert are now available online. In addition to being available online, students and supporters may purchase tickets at our school box office during lunch and 7th period.
At Thursday's concert, themed "Soundscapes", all student groups will be performing at least one programmatic that is related the the overall theme. Programmatic works will include Sahara Crossing, Sacagawea, American Landscape, Appalachian Spring, and Hoe-Down (from Rodeo).
I sincerely hope that you can come out and join us for our final concert of the year. Our students have worked hard over the past eight weeks (since we returned to school in April) and genuinely appreciate having their friends and families in the audience.
Call time for students is 6:00 PM, with the concert beginning at 7:00 PM. Concessions will be available before the concert and during intermission.
