The Challenger Middle School Music Department would like to invite MMHS Music students to the first concert of the year featuring the Challenger Advanced Band!
On Wednesday, October 26th, at 7PM in the Wolfe Auditorium at Challenger Middle School, the Advanced Band will perform in a joint concert with the Pomerado Community Band, directed by Mr. Hickman, and in which Mr. Foster plays string bass. The CMS Advanced Band will perform three selections, the PCB will perform three selections, and then we will combine on stage for a piece together, and we will end the concert with the playing of the Challenger Middle School Alma Mater.
As SDUSD teachers, you will be admitted free of charge; regular admission is $2 per person, and students of Sandburg, Hickman, and Mason elementaries are free to enter. Donations are gladly accepted and all proceeds go toward music and supplies for our growing program.
